Erste StAPF Sitzung am 6.11 um 20 Uhr und Terminumfragen zur KT und weiteren Sitzungen

Hallo liebe Menschen,
wir sind weiterhin im ZaPF Blues und besprechen gerade, welche Termine
1. für 2. Sitzung des StAPF [1] passen und gleichzeitig, wann wir
2. unsere erste Klausurtagung [2] veranstalten wollen.
Die konstituierende 1. Sitzung steht bereits fest. Diese findet schon
übermorgen am 6.11 um 20 Uhr per BBB statt.
Wir wissen, dass das kurzfristig ist, leider hat sich in den nächsten
Wochen kein anderer Termin ergeben, an dem der gesamte StAPF kann.
Die Nachbesprechung zu Düsseldorf soll dann auf der 2. Sitzung erfolgen.
Für die Terminfindung haben wir Umfragen gestartet, deren Links ihr als
Fußnote zu dieser Mail findet. Die Umfrage zur KT beinhaltet dabei die
gesamte Zeit bis zur kommenden ZaPF in Kiel, damit wir auch da schon
einmal schauen und uns mit Kiel als ausrichtende Fachschaft absprechen
können.
A propos ausrichtende Fachschaften für Klausurtagungen: Aktuell suchen
wir Fachschften, die anbieten können, die erste Klausurtagung
auszurichten (oder sich dies auch generell vorstellen können: Ein
gewisser Niklas aus dem e.V. hat Niklas vom StAPF gezwitschert, dass es
auch eine e.V. Klausurtagung geben soll, die aktuell noch einen Ort
sucht). [3]
Aber was ist eigentlich so eine Klausurtagung?
Der StAPF und meist auch die anderen gewählten Gremien treffen sich zwei
Mal pro Semester, um die letzte und kommende ZaPF nach- und
vorzuarbeiten. Typischerweise von Freitag Nachmittag bis Sonntag Mittag.
Klingt nach viel Arbeit. Ist es auch, aber nicht unbedingt für die
ausrichtende Fachschaft. Es ist ein wenig wie ZaPF zwischen der ZaPF.
Aber deutlich kleiner und gemütlicher.
Was müsstet ihr als ausrichtende Fachschaft machen?
Eigentlich brauchen wir primär Räumlichkeiten. Zum Einen zum Plenieren
und Arbeiten, aber auch zum Schlafen. Da sind Klausurtagika aber
ziemlich pflegeleicht. Es reicht eigentlich schon aus, wenn man
ausreichend Bodenfläche zum Schlafen und ein bis viele Seminarräume
(oder einen größeren FS Raum) stellen kann. Darüber hinaus kann man auch
noch Essen machen und eine Kneipentour oder so planen und das dann
finanziell über eine Umlage mit den Teilnehmenden regeln. Das ist aber
definitiv nicht notwendig.

Ich wollte fragen ob es möglich wäre, eine ZaPF Adresse für NFDI und
Forschungsdaten-management Anfragen einzurichten. Die jDPG Adresse lautet
nfdi(a)jdpg.de, daher würde nfdi(a)zapf.in gut passen.
Wenn es möglich wäre, wäre es einfacher die Mail Adresse weiterzugeben wenn
dass Posten nachgefüllt wird, und auch jetzt schon für mich persönlich wäre
es sehr praktisch, das Thema vom Rest meiner Mails zu trennen.
