[StAPF] Resolution: No to dual-use orientation of research funding

To whom it may concern, during the last conference of all German-speaking physics student councils (ZaPF) the conference concerned itself with the issue of dual-use orientation of research funding, and passed the resolution "No to dual-use orientation of research funding" (see attachments). The ZaPF opposes the reorientation of EU civilian research funding towards dual-use research brought forth by the recent white paper of the European commision, and urges the European Union to continue in focusing the Horizon Europe research funding programme on civilian science and the realisation of the UN sustainable development goals.
